StoreySG turns a floor plan into a true-to-scale 3D room you can design just by talking to it, and export as render-ready 3D and CAD drawings. If you need help using the app, or have a question about your account or a purchase, we're here to help.

How to get help

• Email support. For anything — getting started, a bug, your account, or a purchase — email [email protected]. Including your account email and a short description (and a screenshot if it's a visual issue) helps us help you faster.
• Self-serve guides. Many how-to answers are already written up in our guides — from importing a floor plan to exporting CAD drawings.

What to include

To help us sort things out quickly, tell us the email you use for StoreySG, what you were trying to do, and what you saw instead. If the issue is visual, a screenshot is worth a lot.
